HEAT POLICY

If the temperature predicted on Friday night, at 6:00pm , for Scoresby, as displayed on the right side bar of this website, is equal to or greater than 32°C, Obedience classes will be cancelled.

If the temperature on the day is above 28°C then there will be appropriately modified training as deemed by the applicable training sub-committee.

If the temperature on the day, after the commencement of the classes exceeds 32°C, as measured by the BODC weather station, then, at the discretion of the appropriate training sub-committee, training will be suspended for a period of 10 minutes.

If at the end of the 10 minutes the temperature does not fall to 32°C or below then further training will be cancelled.
